An application is part of a process. I look at its steps, people and information before I design and build.

From process analysis to development

My work includes process analysis, application design, solution architecture, implementation and further development. I build Power Apps, Power Automate flows and AI agents for internal processes.

That involves technical decisions and conversations with the people who will use and maintain the solution.

Working across the stack

Power Platform supports business application development and automation. With Python and REST APIs, I can build custom functionality and connect systems.

I work in environments involving HR, IT, Legal and Risk & Compliance. Privacy, security, maintenance and use belong in the design.

The process itself can change too

Innovation can also come from changing how work is organised. I combine an understanding of the business process with design and development to identify useful changes.
