AI for clearer information.

AI can help make complex information accessible. One example from my work is a model that rewrites medical letters in patient-friendly language.

Medical letters in patient-friendly language

As part of my work on AI solutions, I built a model for a university medical centre that rewrites medical letters in language patients can understand more easily.

This example connects to a broader part of my work: identifying where AI can support a useful step in a process, then designing and building the application.

From application to tooling

I work with Python, APIs, Power Platform and Copilot Studio. The choice depends on the information, users and systems the solution needs to work with.

My role combines the technical work with process analysis, solution architecture and stakeholder alignment.

Have a messy problem? Let’s figure it out.

Tell me where you’re stuck. You don’t need to know the solution yet. We start with what’s happening and what needs to improve.

What happens next.

  1. You describe the problem. You don’t need to know the solution.
  2. I ask questions. Sometimes uncomfortable, always useful.
  3. We test the smallest solution that could make a difference.
  4. We build, put it to use and improve based on what we learn.
