Translating technology into a proposition.

Building and go-to-market connect: a solution needs to work, meet an organisation’s needs and be clear to explain.

Go-to-market at KPMG

My experience at KPMG includes commercial positioning and go-to-market for Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and AI-driven business solutions.

I worked on propositions, executive demos and repeatable sales plays, and contributed to proposals and commercial opportunities through solution strategy and stakeholder alignment.

An entrepreneur’s perspective

Through my own businesses, I develop and deliver digital products and services. That also means working on customer needs, positioning, service and day-to-day operations.

I bring that experience into my technical work: what are we building, for whom, and how does it fit into the organisation’s work?

Have a messy problem? Let’s figure it out.

Tell me where you’re stuck. You don’t need to know the solution yet. We start with what’s happening and what needs to improve.

What happens next.

  1. You describe the problem. You don’t need to know the solution.
  2. I ask questions. Sometimes uncomfortable, always useful.
  3. We test the smallest solution that could make a difference.
  4. We build, put it to use and improve based on what we learn.
